Supervisory board
The Supervisory Board is formed for a 4 (four) year term and elected by the company’s general meeting of shareholders. At least one third of the Board must be independent members. The competences of the Supervisory Board, as established in the company’s Articles of Association, include the supervision of the Management Board and CEO’s activities as well as providing feedback and proposals on the company’s strategy, finances, department activities and decisions to the Management Board and the CEO, and during the general meeting of shareholders.

Mindaugas Šeštokas is a professional with extensive experience in effective company management. For the past 14 years he worked at UAB “Kitron”, a subsidiary of an international group Kitron, and since 2008 he is the Managing Director of the company. He is also works as VP Central Eastern Europe at Kitron.

Vilmantas Vitkauskas Beginning of term: |
Vilmantas Vitkauskas has more than 23 years’ experience working as a civil servant, in the Ministry of Defense and NATO Intelligence structures. For many years he held various positions in the Ministry of Defense and NATO Intelligence structures, was an Advisor to the President of the Republic of Lithuania for National Security. Currently, Vilmantas Vitkauskas is the Head of Threat Management and Crisis Prevention at the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

Edvardas Jatautas Beginning of term: |
With an extensive experience, Mr Jatautas is currently leading the companies he established in the USA, Lithuania and Latvia, which are specialised in areas of business processes optimisation, system integration and business consulting. The customers of the companies include U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, the United States Senate, telecommunications, finance, logistic companies. Since 2013 he is a member of Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG). In 2016–2019 he was an Independent Member of the Management Board of Energijos Tiekimas.
