The Company informs that on 7 August 2020 the Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Mindaugas Kvekšas, the member of the Board and Company’s Finance and Treasury Director.
Mindaugas Kvekšas resigns from the Board as of 21 August, 2020 and from the position of the Finance and Treasury Director of the Company as of 27 August, 2020.
Mr. Mindaugas Kvekšas was elected to the Company’s Board on 31 December 2015 upon decision of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
The Company will notify of the actions regarding a new member of the Company’s Board election in accordance with the procedure prescribed by legislation.
