AB “Ignitis gamyba” (hereinafter – ‘Company’ or ‘Ignitis Gamyba’) informs that on 4 June 2021 it has received a notice from Dominykas Tučkus, the Chair of the Supervisory Board of Ignitis Gamyba, regarding his resignation from the position of a Member and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Ignitis Gamyba, the last day of his duties being 25 June 2021. Dominykas Tučkus also resigned from the positions of the Member of Management Board and Director of Infrastructure and Development of AB “Ignitis grupė”, the main shareholder of Ignitis Gamyba.
Currently, in addition to Dominykas Tučkus, Živilė Skibarkienė is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Ignitis Gamyba and Edvardas Jatautas is an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board. In the near future, AB “Ignitis grupė”, the main shareholder, should delegate a candidate to the Supervisory Board of Ignitis Gamyba, who will be elected in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Company will inform about it in a separate notice.
The changes disclosed in this notice do not impact the implementation of the approved Group’s strategy or financial results.
